Bird Ready (TM) is located in NE Atlanta, being in the ATL we get these Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers during the winter. Both the male and female sapsuckers have the red head but only the male has the red on his neck. Look closely and you can see where it gets is “yellow-bellied” namesake. Share This:
