Yellow Rumped Warbler

There are many, many types of warblers. This one is a yellow-rumped warbler. I was a little unsure at first, this bird is easy to ID when it flies away from you… as the name implies there will be a little yellow spot on the upper tail typically hidden until flight. You can just see it in this picture.

Warblers love mealworms but will also come to a suet feeder.  There are so many different varieties that it take a chart to figure out who’s in your backyard. Luckily the Bird Ready (TM) team has found a warbler chart for you:
